Lenore MusambacineHello, I'm Lenore! I live in Alameda with my amazing husband and our two wonderful sons. I immersed myself in birthwork in 2016 getting certified as a birth and postpartum doula, and shortly after as a Birthing From Within childbirth educator. Currently, I'm working towards becoming a certified lactation consultant. My doula practice emphasizes a holistic approach that promotes a healthy pregnancy and baby, integrating a combination of relaxation techniques, comfort measures, mindset practices, and wellness modalities. Whether you are leaning towards an unmedicated birth or not, we review all options so you can develop your own conclusions and make informed decisions, helping you feel confident, empowered, and safe. I wholeheartedly believe in the magical power and intelligence of our bodies and everything they are capable of doing. My clients truly reflect the rich, beautiful diversity that IS the Bay Area. I genuinely treasure the opportunity to work with all who entrust me with a place on their support team. And still, I have a deep reverence and appreciation for supporting multicultural, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC families with a priority to those located in Alameda, Berkeley, Emeryville, Oakland & San Leandro who are birthing at home, Pacifica Maternity Birth Center, and Alta Bates.
